Our Journey
We are Roger and Sandra, a Carrollwood-based couple and proud empty nesters who discovered an unexpected passion right in our own backyard: beekeeping. What began as a simple curiosity quickly evolved into a deep respect for pollinators especially the remarkable honey bee and the essential role they play in our ecosystem.
As backyard beekeepers, we are continually learning from our hives and from the natural rhythms that guide them. Beekeeping has connected us more closely to the land, our community, and a way of living that values sustainability, stewardship, and intentional care.
You can find us at local farmers’ markets, where we offer raw, unprocessed honey and handcrafted beeswax products, all made directly from our own hives. Every jar and every product reflects our commitment to quality, transparency, and respect for the bees that make it possible.
For us, this journey is about more than honey. It is about fostering connection, supporting pollinators, and celebrating the small but powerful contributors that help our world thrive. What makes us different
Discover the taste of truly fresh, artisanal honey—crafted with care, integrity, and respect for the bees. We offer raw, unprocessed honey, including thoughtfully infused varieties such as lavender, cinnamon, and spicy hot honey, along with pure, natural honeycomb.
All of our honey is harvested directly from our backyard hives in Carrollwood, North Tampa. We practice single-frame harvesting, meaning frames are never mixed or blended. Each harvest is uniquely its own, reflecting the season, local blooms, and the natural character of the hive.
We also utilize innovative Flow Hive technology, allowing honey to flow straight from the hive without excessive handling or processing. This approach preserves the honey’s natural enzymes, flavor, and richness—just as the bees intended.
From hive to jar, our honey is a true expression of place, purity, and craftsmanship.
Handcrafted Beeswax & Artisan Body Care
Our beeswax products are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using beeswax harvested directly from our own hives in Carrollwood, North Tampa. Each item reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and traditional artisan methods.
We create nourishing beeswax lip balms, hand and body lotions, beard balms, and propolis-based products using simple, carefully selected ingredients. Beeswax is naturally protective and deeply moisturizing, helping to seal in hydration while supporting healthy skin.
Because our beeswax comes straight from our hives, every batch carries the natural character of our local environment. No mass production, no unnecessary additives—just clean, purposeful products made with care from hive to hand.
